Microwaved Lasagna Rolls image

A cheesy, Italian-seasoned ground turkey mixture is rolled up in cooked lasagna noodles, topped with tomato sauce and microwaved for a speedy main dish.

3/4 lb. ground turkey
1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
6 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 can (15 oz.) Italian-style tomato sauce

Steps:

  • Cook turkey in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add cheeses and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  • Spray 9-inch square microwaveable dish with cooking spray. Spread lasagna noodles with turkey mixture, adding about 1/2 cup turkey mixture to each noodle; roll up tightly, starting at 1 short end. Place, seam sides down, in prepared dish; top with tomato sauce. Cover with waxed paper.
  • Microwave on HIGH 12 min. or until heated through, rotating dish after 6 min.
