Mickey's Meatloaf image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 pound(s) ground sirloin
- salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon(s) celery salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 - onion, chopped
1 - green pepper, chopped
4 slice(s) bread, wet & ring out
2 - eggs
- ketchup, as much as you want

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine all ingredients (except ketchup); mix well. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Cover with as much ketchup as you'd like. Bake 1 1/4 hours.
