3 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg shredded 4 Mexican cheese, 16 oz.
1 bunch green onions
1 large can(s) refried beans, 31 oz.
1 can(s) hot pepper slices
1 1/2 lb hamburger cooked and drained
2 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pt sour cream
1 pkg chopped lettuce
1 large tomato
1 jar(s) hot or mild taco sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Brown hamburger, drain then add taco seasoning and simmer.
  • 2. While that is cooking, prepare your pizza pan with the crescent rolls to make the crust. I leave some dough on the ends to roll over when it's ready to cook.
  • 3. Spread one can of refried beans over the raw crust.
  • 4. Then add the drained taco season meat.
  • 5. Then make a layer of cheese. Then roll the edge of your crust up and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • 6. Once its done put a layer of lettuce in the center and top with sour cream, tomatoes, peppers and green onions (all to taste). Then put your taco sauce over that.
