This one I got from another Weight Watcher and I love it. My kids ask for it all the time. Easy and yummy too!

Steps:
- In a non-stick skillet, cook beef and drain. Add spices and beans. Heat through completely. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray ( 9x13 ) Place 3 noodles in dish and cover with 1/2 the meat and bean mixture. Repeat layers. Top with noodles.
- Combine salsa and water mix together. Pour this mixture over the noodles. Cover and Bake 350 degrees for 60 - 70 minutes or until noodles are tender. Spread with sour cream. Sprinkle with olives, cheese and green onions. Cool slighly before serving.
- 341 cal. 13 grams of fat and 4 fiber. 7 points per serving. Enjoy
