Mexican Chicken Marinade image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 limes, juiced
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

  • Place garlic cloves in food processor and chop. Add remaining ingredients (except chicken) and blend until thick.
  • Place chicken in zip-loc and pour marinade over all. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours.
  • Broil chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
