I got tired of driving for 60 miles one-way to a Taco Bell.So I started making these many many years ago.And everyone loves this one,as so do I.

- 1. Fry up the 3 lbs of hamburger meat and drain off grease.Put back into frying pan and add 1 1/3 packages of taco seasoning and the water it say,s on the packages.Simmer until water is incorporated into meat mixture.Put a lid over fry pan to keep this hot.Put re-fried beans and half can water in microwaveable bowl,stir up good first.Heat about one min.
- 2. Wash lettuce and tomatoes well.Tear up some of the head of lettuce(that you will keep in a plastic closed container)just enough for each day.Dice tomato,s-just enough for one day,s meal.Put in covered container also.Shred up whole block of cheese(put in covered container).Drain and slice up whole can of black olives.(covered container also).Dice just one quarter of the onion(covered container)also.
- 3. Have sour-cream on counter.Along with all prepped food items and hot sauce.For a burrito just microwave on a dinner plate about ten seconds.Or for taco,s just have oven hot on 350 degrees and place on cookie sheet and heat for 2-3 min.(These will catch on fire).So stay right there with them.
- 4. For a burrito,put a TBSP or two of meat,stip down the middle of burrito,put on the same in beans,then diced onions, sprinkle on shredded cheese,lettuce,tomato,sour-cream,black olives,hot-sauce goes on top.Enjoy.
- 5. For the taco,just add meat then cheese,lettuce tomato,onion,olives,sour-cream,hot-sauce goes on last.
- 6. Now you should have all this ready to put in the fridge until hungry again,if there,s anything left-over.Makes clean up time ever so nice.
