Mexican beer-cheese dip image

An easy to make, very tasty cip that I serve w/ tortilla chips.

Provided by sherry monfils

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 c shredded mexican cheese
1/2 c thick salsa
1/4 c favorite beer

Steps:

  • 1. In small saucepan, over medium heat combine all ingredients. Cook, stirring 5 mins, or until hot and bubbly. Serve w/ tortilla chips.
