1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup Splenda granular
2 egg whites
1 1/3 cups mashed ripe bananas
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350.
  • cream applesauce and splenda together.
  • beat in eggs.
  • combine bananas, milk and vanilla.
  • mix flours, soda and salt.
  • blend in flour mixture alternately with bananas.
  • turn into two 5'7 loaf pans.
  • bake for 50 minutes.
