Number Of Ingredients 10

9 lbs. lean ground beef or meat loaf mix
8 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup, undiluted
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. unseasoned bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. Form into 5 (3 pound) loaves. Bake, covered, 2 hours at 325 degrees. Then uncover to brown, if desired.
