1/2 Lb Hamburger
1/2 Lb Ground Pork
1 Large Onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
1 Pinch Ground Cinnamon
1 Large boiled hot Potato
8 Crushed Ritz Crackers (finely crumbed)

Steps:

  • First sauté the finely chopped onion in butter just until clear, then add meat until browned. Add water enough to "peek" through meat. Simmer 10 minutes Add seasoning Mash the hot potato into browned meat. Slowly start adding Ritz crumbs Place mixture into pastry lined pie plate Cover with upper crust. Brush with milk Bake at 425for 30-35 minutes
