Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 ounce fresh or Rose's lime
1 ounce Chambord
5 ounces Champagne
Dash or 2 of maraschino cherry juice
Dash of bitters
Maraschino cherry

Steps:

  • Chill 7-ounce Champagne glass. Rinse glass with the vermouth (save the vermouth). Add lime juice and Chambord.
  • Fill glass with Champagne of choice. Top with reserved vermouth, cherry juice and bitters. Garnish with cherry.
