Marzipan Frosting Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 - 227g pkg marzipan
3 C unsalted butter at room temperature
8 C icing sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 Tbsp milk
red gel food colouring

Steps:

  • Crumble half the marzipan into food processor. Whirl until it forms fine crumbs. Add half the butter and whirl until it's smooth. Beat in the remaining ingredients.
