Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Stir together flour, soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs. Add vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and raisins.
- Drop by half teaspoons on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 Minutes
