- Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks, reserving whites. In a small bowl, mash yolks. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice and seafood seasoning. Spoon or pipe into egg whites. Sprinkle with additional seafood seasoning. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
