MARVELOUS MEATBALLS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 lb ground sweet or hot italian sausage
3 T grated parmesan cheese
2 T bread crumbs
2 tsp onion powder or 2 T finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp salt
2 minced garlic cloves
1 egg
2 - 3 T olive oil

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except the olive oil and form into 1 inch balls(size of small walnuts) In large saute pan, brown the meatballs in the oil until cooked through about 8 to 10 min OR bake meatballs instead of sauteing them Arrange them on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake 350, turning once until brown and cooked through approx 20 min Makes 24-30 meatballs
