Marshmallow Fruit Salad image

Imagine your favorite ambrosia salad. Now give it a fall makeover involving apples, pecans and cranberry sauce. You've pretty much captured this dish.

Yield Makes 6 servings, 1/2 cup each.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1 medium seedless orange, peeled, coarsely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium apple, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup pecan pieces
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except marshmallows in medium bowl; cover.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Stir in marshmallows just before serving.
