My father made this recipe a lot during the summer when I was growing up. The meat is best if marniated overnight- it gets very tender. It's a great and easy recipe!

Steps:
- Combine soy sauce, worchesteshire, mustard, lemon juice, and chopped garlic and pour over beef chunks. Marinate at least 3 hours (it is best if they marinate overnight)
- Drizzle vegetables of choice with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Skewer with meat. Grill on medium high heat. This is best served medium rare-medium so meat does not get too chewy.
