Steps:
- Boil chicken breasts until done. Cut into small bite sized pieces. Cool for approximately 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Mix halved grapes, seasonings, almonds and mayonnaise. Add cooled chicken. Mix well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy on a croissant or pita bread.
