Mango Chia Smoothie image

The world's favorite tropical fruit. Mangos are juicy deliciousness. So flavorful I'm always reluctant to put them in a smoothie. They are too fragile to share the spotlight with other ingredients. But if you're lucky enough to find too many ripe ones in the fridge, this is where they belong.

1 ½ cups almond milk
1 ½ cups fresh spinach
1 mango, peeled and cubed
1 banana
½ cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon ground turmeric

Steps:

  • Blend almond milk, spinach, mango, banana, ice cubes, chia seeds, honey, and turmeric in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.
