Barbecue Cheeseburgers image

1/4 cup KRAFT Sweet Honey Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Horseradish-Dijon Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onions
2 cups loosely packed baby arugula
4 KRAFT 2% Milk Swiss Singles
4 hamburger buns, toasted

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix barbecue sauce, mayo and pepper in small bowl. Add 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce mixture to meat; mix lightly. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 8 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Add arugula; cover. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until wilted. Keep warm.
  • Grill patties 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160�F). Top with 2% Milk Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted.
  • Fill buns with burgers, remaining barbecue sauce mixture and onion mixture.
