COOK BRIEFLY AND THEN SLOWLY WHISK IN CHICKEN BROTH AND BRING TO A BOIL. ADD TOMATOES WITH JUICE AND CREAM. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES TO THICKEN. ADD RESERVED CHICKEN AND SPINACH AND SIMMER 10 MORE MINUTES.
