MALLOW POPCORN BALLS image

Yield 10 balls

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 cup butter
40 Jet-puffed marshmallows
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 cups popped popcorn

Steps:

  • Melt butter in large saucepan. Add marshmallows, vanilla and salt, cook until mallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly. Place popcorn in large bowl, pour mallow mixture over popcorn and mix until lightly coated. Shape into 3 inch balls with lightly greased hands. Place on sheets of wax paper; let stand until firm. Store in airtight container at room temp.
