Steps:
- 1. In large skillet, brown bacon pieces until crisp. Remove from skillet; drain well. Place in crockpot
- 2. In the same skillet brown sausage and ground chuck with onions over medium heat; drain and add to crockpot.
- 3. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 8-14 hours
- 4. Taste for seasoning. Adjust to taste. Serve in your favorite big chili bowls.
