Juicy and delicious chicken with Asian flavors

Steps:
- 1. Using a mortar and pestle pound the cilantro stems and extract the juice ringing them out with your hands.
- 2. Combine the cilantro juice with the shrimp paste, sugar, egg white, sesame oil, cornstarch and flour. Add the chicken and coat well and let them marinate overnight.
- 3. Heat oil to 350 degrees and deep fry until crispy. Transfer to 350 degrees oven and bake for 10 minutes to cook the chicken completely. Serve with sweet chili sauce
