Steps:
- Shred or finely chop all vegetables in to a large bowl. Pour sugar over the entire top of vegetables. DO NOT MIX IN. In a medium saucepan, combine salad oil, vinegar, dry mustard and Mrs. Dash. Bring to boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Pour over vegetables and sugar. Gently toss just enough to coat with dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
