3 large baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 3/8-inch-thick strips
1 tablespoon oil
seasoned salt

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.2. Place potatoes and oil in plastic bag shake until well coated. Arrange in single layer on sprayed cookie sheet.3. Bake at 425°F. for 15 minutes. Carefully turn potatoes sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until tender.
