- Fill a 20 quart stockpot 2/3 of the way with water. Bring to a simmer. Add the Old Bay Seasoning and simmer for about 5 minutes Add the potatoes, sausage and onions, bring to a slow simmer and cook until the potatoes are almost tender (about 15-18 minutes) Keeping the water at a simmer, add the corn and cook about 3 minutes. Add the crab, heat it through, about 5 minutes. Add the scallops, shrimp, mussels and cook until the shrimp in nice and pink and the mussels open. Remove from pot, and spread on a newspaper covered table top. Serve with crusty bread, melted butter, lemon wedges and cocktail sauce.
