Steps:
- Get a big pot like a soup pot and add oil and the onions and peppers and celery. Saute till done and soft.
- Add meat and cook. Than add all the canned items, water, hot sauce, and all the dry spices. Mix well. Add the sugar.
- Let it boil once and than simmer on low to medium heat for about 1 hour and 45 minutes till it is well blended.
