LINGUINE W/ CLAM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb spaghetti or linguine
CLAM SAUCE
4 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup clam juice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1.5- 2 cups minced or chopped clams

Steps:

  • Let the olive oil cook, adding the garlic shortly after and let them simmer for a bit. Once garlic is brownish, add the liquid, then begin to boil the water for the pasta. After about 10 minutes, add the clams to the sauce, then let them cook until the pasta is ready. I've found that doubling the recipe for more works marvelously!
