LINDA'S PEANUT NOODLE SALAD image

1/4 cup corn oil
3 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teasopoon dried crushed red peppers
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces macaroni noodles
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped Save some extra cilantro leaves for garnish.
1/4 cup green onions, minced
1 tablepoon toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Bring oil, honey, soy sauce, salt, and peppers to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly. Cook pasta and drain. Pour cooked liquid over pasta abd refrigerate over night. Before serving add cilantro, green onions, sesame seeds and peanuts.Garnish with cilantro leaves.
