LIME JELLO DELIGHT

Steps:
- 1. Prepare jello per package directions in a large mixing bowl. Chill until jello begins to set. Add carrots, apple and celery to jello and mix well. Pour into sprayed mold or bowl. Chill until firmly set.
- 2. Garnish with sour cream or mayonnaise. Top with mandarin oranges.
