This is the easiest and fastest recipe for making gravy. Believe it or not you make it in the microwave. It is great on just about any meat or potato dish you like.

Steps:
- 1. In a microwave safe dish heat water and bouillon on high, stirring occasionally until just boiling. About 2- 2 1/2 minutes.
- 2. In a small cup combine the cornstarch, pepper and cold water and mix together. Add mixture to hot broth.
- 3. Cook on medium for about 1 minute, or until thick, stirring at 30 second intervals.
