1 pkg (4 serv) jell-o any flavor.
2/3 c boiling water
2 c ice cubes
1 8 oz. container cool whip
fresh or canned fruit
1 prepared 8 or 9 inch graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve gelatin completely in the boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until gelatin is thickened. Then remove any unmelted ice. Now use a wire whip, and blend in cool whip, whip until smooth.
  • 2. Fold in fruit; chill if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into the baked, cooled pie crust. Chill 2 hours before serving.
  • 3. Personally I like peaches, and bananas! But you can add your favorite fruits. I have used fruit cocktail, but my husband did not like the grapes. So I did take them out, being the good wife,I were! LOL
