LEMONY CRANBERRY BUNDT CAKE
I love cranberries and I stock up on them during the holidays so I'll have them year round. All you need with this cake is a nice cup of coffee or tea.

Steps:
- 1. Mix cake mix with softened cream cheese and milk. Beat 2 minutes with mixer at medium speed. Add eggs and blend - beat 2 additional minutes.
- 2. Combine cranberries, sugar and nuts and fold into batter.
- 3. Pour into a well-greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean. Cook 5 minutes and turn onto a wire rack to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
