1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2½ cups all-purpose flour

zest from 1 large lemon
1 cup powdered sugar (more if thicker consistency icing desired)
2 teaspoon heavy whipping cream (can be substitute with milk)
juice from 1 large lemon
zest from 1 lemon to garnish
