LEMON-ROSEMARY OLIVE OIL CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 15

3 c. flour
1-1/2 T chopped rosemary
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. fat free milk
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp lemon extract
3 eggs
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350. Coat 10 inch tube pan with cooking spray and flour. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients. Place sugar and next 7 ingredients in medium bowl and mix 2 minutes. Add flour and blend. Bake 45 minutes. Combine powdered sugar and 1 T lemon juice, drizzle over cake.
