Steps:
- Place pita bread on ungreased no-stick cookie sheet. Spread thin layer of olive oil on bread and sprinkle garlic and onion powder to taste. Chop tomatoe and cucumber, spread evenly on top of pita. Sprinkle feta on top. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes or until bread is toasted on bottom. Cut into quarters and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
