1 bunch scallion, both white and green parts, trimmed
1 bunch radish, trimmed of roots and leaves
1 cucumber, cut lengthwise in half, then into wedges
2 dill pickles, cut lengthwise in half, then into wedges
2 Romaine lettuce, hearts, rinsed and spun dry

Steps:
