Lazy Lasagna image

Number Of Ingredients 6

6 no-boil lasagna noodles
1 (15-ounce) can Great Northern beans , rinsed, drained, slightly mashed and divided
1 cup cottage cheese , divided
1 to 1 1/2 cup , shredded Italian 6-cheese blend, , divided
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomato
1 to 2 tablespoon garlic , roasted and minced

Steps:

  • Place 2 lasagna noodles in a lightly greased 8" x 8" baking pan top with half the beans, half the cottage cheese and 1/3 cup shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ending with 2 lasagna noodles. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes and garlic spoon over lasagna. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 30 minutes top with remaining cheese blend.
