LAZY DAISY CAKE image

Yield 9-12

Number Of Ingredients 14

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vancilla
1 cup sifted cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
Frosting:
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup light cream
1 cup coconut
Combine frosting ingred & blend well. Frost warm cake and broil to lightly browned

Steps:

  • Combine eggs, sugar & vanilla & beat until thick. Sift dry ingredients together & add to egg mixture. Heat milk & butter to boiling point and add to above mixture. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Remove from oven and frost.
