Steps:
- Combine Sweet and Sour Dressing ingredients in a bown, cover and chill. Stir fry walnuts and broken Ramen noodles in butter until light brown. Cool and drain on paper towel. Combine noodles and walnuts with broccoli, romaine lettuce, and onions. Pour 1 cup of the chilled Sweet & Sour dressing over salad immediately before serving and toss.
