KOTLETY MIELONE (GROUND PORK CUTLETS) image

Yield 9-10 cutlets

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 Ib of ground pork and 0.5 Ib of ground beef
or
1.5 Ib ground pork
1 hamburger bun or 2 plain toasts
Half cup of milk
1 onion finely chopped
1 egg
2 tbs of tomato sauce
1 tsp of flour or cornstarch
Salt, pepper

Steps:

  • Soak hamburger bun in a half cup of milk and leave for 15 min. Meanwhile sweat the onion in the frying pan and add to the bowl with meat. When the bun is soft squeeze the excess of milk and add to the meat together with egg and seasonings (salt, pepper and whatever herbs you like).Combine all the ingredients using your hands. Form flat cutlets and fry in the pan on both sides until brown. Remove from the pan and arrange in the heat-proof dish. Meanwhile combine a cup of cold water with 1 tsp of flour, 2 tbs of tomato sauce and salt. Stir thoroughly and pour over the cutlets. Bake for 20-30 min in the oven preheated to 400°F.
