I GOT THIS RECIPE FROM ONE OF MY COWORKERS AND IT IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, I WILL TELL YOU THOUGH, I DONT ADD THE POTATOES BECAUSE I JUST DONT LIKE POTATOES IN SOUP

2 stick butter
2 onions chopped
6 celery stalks chopped
3 qt water
4 potatoes chopped
4 Tbsp chicken base
2 can(s) cream of celery
1 large can cream of chicken soup family size
KNOEPHLA DOUGH
2 c flour
3 eggs
enough milk to make a soft dough
TO FINISH THE SOUP
1 pt whipping cream

Steps:

  • 1. YOU MELT THE BUTTER IN YOUR SOUP KETTLE, ADD THE ONIONS AND CELERY AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT, ADD ALL THE OTHER INGREDIENTS AND COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE SOFT
  • 2. FOR THE DOUGH, PUT 2 CUPS OF FLOUR IN YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR, ADD 3 EGGS BEATEN AND THEN ENOUGH MILK TO MAKE A SOFT DOUGH IT REALLY DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE IN YOUR AREA
  • 3. BRING THE SOUP TO A BOIL, SNIP NOODLES INTO SOUP, JUST BEFORE YOU SERVE, ADD A PINT OF WHIPPING CREAM
