Steps:
- Fry bacon until crisp; drain. Break up bacon after cool into small pieces. Add flour to bacon drippings and blend well. Stir in sauerkraut, mix well.
- Place sauerkraut mix and bacon pieces into crock-pot. Add all other ingredients. Mix together well.
- Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
