I used to get this Killer Bread as an appetizer at the Embassy Suites back in the early 90's. It is the best! I have made it with and without the Cajun seasoning, and it is good both ways. I also make this for pot lucks and everyone loves it. It is also great served with a salad or pasta.

Steps:
- 1. Slice the bread in half, horizontally. Butter cut sides of both halves , and toast under the broiler until lightly browned.
- 2. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread over both halves, using the entire mixture.
- 3. Bake at 400~ for 15-20 minutes until top is browned and slightly puffed.
- 4. Cut into wedges or slices and serve hot.
