Steps:
- 1. In a medium saucepan on medium high heat, boil water, coconut flour, flaxseed and salt, whisking. Reduce heat to medium low.
- 2. Beat egg in a small bowl and, while whisking, gradually add to mitxure in saucepan.
- 3. Add cinnamon, butter, sweetener and half of the whipping cream and whisk. Continue to cook and whisk.
- 4. After 4-5 min, pour into serving bowl and top with blueberries and remaining cream.
