Kentucky Derby Mint Julep image

2 ounce Bourbon
1/2 ounce Simple sugar
8 sprig Mint
1 cup Crushed ice

Steps:

  • If making simple syrup the same day, instead express mint and rub down inside of each glass. Then don't add mint to simple syrup.
