Kentucky Colonel Truffles image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 cup(s) butter, softened
3 tablespoon(s) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup(s) bourbon
2 pound(s) powdered sugar
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans
11 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate
- paraffin

Steps:

  • Combine butter, milk and bourbon in bowl. Add sugar and knead till well blended. Knead in chopped pecans and shape into balls. Melt chocolate and paraffin. Dip balls into chocolate and press pecan halve on each
