Joyce's Chicken Enchiladas image

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 cans chicken soup
1 cans green chilies
4 units green onions
1 pints sour cream
0.75 pounds jack cheese
4 units chicken breasts
1 units flour tortillas
0.75 cups cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Mix together: soup, chilies, onions & sour cream. Add grated Jack Cheese and stir. Remove 2 cups of above mixture & set aside.
  • Add cubed chicken to rest of mixture and divide into the tortillas. Roll tortillas & place in 9 x 13 pan. Top tortillas with reserved mixture and spread cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
