I have had this recipe since I was in high school. I don't know who or where I got it from or how it got it's name. I make it quite often, and I have never had a bad reaction. I think you will like it. Also a good recipe to have if you go apple picking.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350*
- 2. In large bowl beat eggs.
- 3. Gradually add sugar, oil, and vanilla until well mixed.
- 4. In separate bowl combine all of the dry ingredients.
- 5. Start adding dry ingredients to the wet. Batter will be very thick!
- 6. After chopping the apples fold them into the batter. Nuts also if useing them.
- 7. Spread into a 13X9 baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture. (I like alot.)
- 8. Bake for 50-60 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean
